New Procedures for Fellowship Hall Use as of May 15, 2024.
Lending chairs, tables or use of the Fellowship Hall is at the discretion of the church.
For the use of our Fellowship Hall by non-active members*, there is a $50.00 fee.
It is due before booking of the Fellowship Hall. Fellowship Hall is to be left in the same condition as when received, clean and undamaged.
Borrower is responsible for all dishes, cups, paper towels etc. that they will need.
If the Fellowship Hall is damaged, the borrower is responsible to reimburse the church for the damages.
If the Fellowship Hall is left needing cleaning or damaged, the borrower may be banned from future use.
For the use of our tables by non-active members*, there is a $50.00 deposit.
It is due before taking possession of the tables. Tables are to be returned in the same condition as when received, clean and undamaged.
Upon return of the tables, they will be inspected and if in the same condition as when borrowed, the deposit will be returned.
If the tables need cleaning or are damaged, the deposit will be retained to clean or replace tables. If there is damage to tables in excess of the $50.00 deposit, the borrower is responsible to reimburse the church for the replacement cost of the tables.
For the use of our chairs by non-active members*, there is a $50.00 deposit.
It is due before taking possession of the chairs. Chairs are to be returned in the same condition as when received, clean and undamaged.
Upon return of the chairs, they will be inspected and if in the same condition as when borrowed, the deposit will be returned.
If the chairs need cleaning or are damaged, the deposit will be retained to clean or replace chairs. If there is damage to chairs in excess of the $50.00 deposit, the borrower is responsible to reimburse the church for the replacement cost of the chairs.
Members of the church who did not attend an average of at least 4 services a month in the past 6 months (24 services out of an average 72).
Exceptions will be made for sickness and injuries.
